Don't know, Wolfe ..... the cursor should automatically go to the box where you type in your message .... the typing box is just BELOW the chat screen, tho, so don't try to type right on the screen where the chat will appear ...

After you've typed in your message just click ENTER on your keyboard and it will transfer your message up to the chat screen so others can see it .... you can change your message if theirs a typo -- others won't see it till you hit ENTER ....
