Oh, I see. Well, it's often that way that no matter what new stuff it's about it starts in America and travels 'round the world. Maybe some people over here already painted with their heads and hair before the idea came to my mind. Anyway, I wasn't trying to make you or art look ridiculous, I was thrilled with the idea you (=anybody:o)could actually do something like that. I think it's much more easily accepted to do "crazy" things (btw, where's the exact borderline between "crazy" and "fun"?) in America than over here.

Mhm, quite different indeed.

When my niece was 3 I got her a bit different sort of paintbrushes than you normally use. They were sort of like thimbles, but made of rubber to which a brush was attached at the tip. You just stick it onto your finger(s) and then you can go ahead painting. Her father (my brother-in-law) is an artist, not professional, but it's a thing he can't (and shouldn't) ever give up. He thought those fingerbrushes were great, so he put one on each finger. My niece noticed he liked them and quickly pulled them off ("those are mine and dad's not gonna have that much fun!"), one by one, sounding like winebottles being opened.

Yeah, all kinds of art and painting sure improves imagination and creativity. As to John's comment not to comment, it seems - I Do Not Know! - as if guys might have even more ideas when it comes to creative painting with your body. And it probably doesn't have much to do with mental differences of the genders in the end ;o) which in turn has nothing to do with intellect. But like I said: I do not know.
