Subject: Stoopid Internet Question

I am intensely curious as to what it is that makes the Indianz board "shut down" at 5amEST. When I'm clearly 1 of 2 people cruising the boards, why does it suddenly tell me I can't get access because there is "too much traffic", or "too many people accessing the server"? Strikes me as something very STOOPID, and maybe I am somehow cyberstoopid for not understanding the phenomenon.
On the upside, I guess the Voy board was partly motivated by the Indianz board's failures.....

So, Sunny, anybody, wanna explain this to your local cybermoron OnB?
Pleeze?
