sinati; the arm and finger pain is probably a neck veribrae that was missed in your MRI. i had the same prob but as it was so close to the brain, the dangers of an op out weighed any potential gain. i slowly recovered from that, without surgery to it.

after the op, i had residual pain that lasted around 2yrs. i think it took about 5 yrs for me to completly heal.
