That doesn't sound too bad - being trapped indoors with pastry chefs:) I like cooking pies and biscuits but appreciate more eating those made by other people.

People here are getting water-bound, rather than snowbound, with roads being closed all over the country, train services cancelled, and houses surrounded by water, so no one can go far. So far my road has only managed to flood to 3 inches and it hasn't started coming indoors (yet), so that is mild. Compared with the many people whose roads and homes are 2-5 feet deep in water here at the moment, it seems manageable.
