I agree with you Bow, SNL wouldn't miss a story like that!

But this Prof. Boyle that prepared that 1992 indictment seems to be the real deal -- has been involved with Palestinian efforts since back before the Oslo accords ....

As far as his involvement with Ndnz goes, someone on the Oneidas listserve has checked him out and reported this back

Whatever he (Boyle) submitted to that conference in 1992 is probably still on the books somewhere, just waiting for the political waters to churn enough to bring it to the surface again .... someday, to be sure, and maybe even in our lifetimes -- you never know.
