Thanks Sunny - you don't want to have to worry about that at this busy time of year! But thanks, it's really kind of you to bother. The problem I believe is JavaScript. My email comes complete with a warning that J.S. doesn't work very effectively with some browsers, and also that some email attachments won't open. I don't usually have any problems but occasionally a few attachments fail. At the moment it could be because I've got 100+ unread emails in my inbox from the past couple of days - I just haven't had time to look through them all - that could be slowing down what is anyway a limited system. The file you sent wouldn't download, so reading it offline probably wouldn't work.

It's kind of you to go to the trouble of sending the card though. At least Tso had problems too, so it's not just my email being cranky!
