What is it? I know the same thing is going on with my fathers' estate. We are currently going through probate with my brothers, they are from his 2nd family and filed probate without notifying us. We found out about it in the Navajo Times. Dec. 17th was the 1-year anniversary of my fathers' passing and they are still being pains in the butts about everything. We just want everything to be fair for everyone, sadly they want it all. They make such an emotional time worse for all involved. My sympathies.
