PHENOMENAL FACES PRESENTS
MOTHERS DAY BEAUTY PAGEANT

Pageant or Sunday Best
Outfit of Choice
We will offer this award and attire is contestants choice
(causal, swimwear, western wear, sportswear, hillbilly wear or 50s wear)
Age Groups:
0-12mos*13-23mos*2-3yrs*4-5yrs*6-8yrs*9-12yrs*13-15yrs
16-18yrs*19-Up(Married or single)
BEAUTY
We will award a Beauty Queen in each age group. These winners will receive a LARGE BEAUTIFUL TROPHY, BEAUTIFUL CROWN, MONOGRAMMED BANNER & WONDERFUL GIFT. There will also be 4 alternates in each age group. Everyone will receive at least one Trophy.
SIDE AWARDS
These will be Most Beautiful, Photogenic & Prettiest Eyes.
There will be a winner for each side award in each age group.
Winners will receive a nice award.
OUTFIT OF CHOICE
This can be any type of outfit, off the rack or glitz. Swim wear, Causal Wear, Western Wear, Sportswear, 50s Wear or hillbilly wear.
Contestants are allowed to use their own music for this event. There will be a winner in each age group. Winners will receive a great award.
SUPREME WINNERS
We will award 3 Grand Supreme Winners.
0 - 5yrs. * 6 - 12 * 13 - UP
Supreme winners will receive a MAGNIFICENT LARGE RINDSTONE CROWN , LARGE 5FT. TROPHY, CUSTOM MONOGRAMMED BANNER & WONDERFUL GIFT FIT FOR A SUPREME.
Supreme will be the contestants with the highest scores from the Beauty Scores.
MOTHER DAUGHTER EVENT
This event is FREE for all contestants and their moms. Mother & Daughter will come up on stage together, you can dress in the same colors, same outfits, what ever you want to do for this event. There will be a mom daughter winner in each age group. Winners both mom & Daughter will receive an award.
OVER-ALL EVENTS
Over - All Events will be offered at the door.
Over-Most Beautiful, Over-All Best Dressed, Over-All Photogenic
& Over-All Prettiest Eyes
Over-All Events are separate from the Supreme.
Over-All Outfit Of Choice will be offered at the door for $5.00
DEPOSITS
Anyone not sending in a 20.00 deposit by May 1st Will be charged a 15.00 late fee at the door*PLEASE SEND IN DEPOSITS* It makes the pageant run much smoother if we know how many to expect and I really need to have an idea of how many to expect so I can be sure to have enough awards. We will take door entries but please call or email and let me know you will be attending.
