I like the elf, but there are some thing wrong with his eyes. The type of eyes you drew are shaded wrong. the eye should be two colours, one darker colour for the iris, and one lighter colour for the pupil. (I know this because I am blind in one eye.) Also, you should not have the pupil as round circle, because of the cateract the pupil becomes misshaped (mine is like a sidweays cats eyes). Hope this helps.

And for the name, I think that Kilimer would do. But that is propably not good enough.
