A portion of the door proceeds goes to Presley Nash, a Bowling Green child that has Manosidosis a rare sugar disease. Also she will be crowned Queen for the day and will be helping with crowning.

Also Miss KY Teen America 2003, Heather Buford will be there doing the crowning.

Every child recieves a trophy.
