Subject: Chapter 8: A visable difference (First Person - Death Giver)

It was a normal saturday, well as normal as it is around my house. I was in my room watching the movie XXX with Vin Diesel for the millionth time.

* Man, you'd think I'd have gotten tired of watching this by now? * I thought to myself, just seemed to like the part with the blowing up the senators car off the bridge scene.

Finally having enough of watching it I grab the remote, or at least try too. The remote fell on the floor and I reached out to grab it and saw that I wasn't extending my arm, but a feather-covered wing.

"Aaahhh! What the hell?!" I cried out in shock.

Looking myself over I saw that my whole body was a birds. A bigger than average bird. I hoppled over to the mirror in my room and saw that I was a hawk.

"Ok. . . .this sucks."

In a panic I tried to think about what I could have done to have me end up looking like this. I couldn't come up with anything, was this some kind of sick joke god was playing on me?

*Oh well at least god didn't decide to turn me into a fish. * I thought trying to look on the good side of everything.

Suddenly I felt my body become bigger, I couldn't breathe it was like I was suddenly sufficating. I felt my body shake when I tried to get up to get help, but I saw in the mirror that I was now a great white shark.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! Why can't you just leave me like I was?!!" I yelled to god.

Then, I was able to breathe, I wasn't flopping around anymore. I looked in the mirror and saw that I was human again, but it wasn't my reflection. My hair was different, my eyes were different colored and looked weird. I pulled up my shirt and saw that I was in great shape, I was sporting a four pack instead of the usual keg that I toted around. My muscles were better toned than they were before.

"Well this isn't too bad." I said to myself, continuing to check myself out in the mirror more.

"Question is what the hell was going on a couple of minutes ago? I kind of look like. . ." Then it suddenly hit me, I look like an anime character.

"I look like my SI. . .and I also changed like he could."

This felt too cool, I had to try it out. Rubbing my hands together to warm them up. I stood in front of the mirror to give it a try.

"Ok. . .how about I try. . .a. . .dog."

Instead of changing into a dog, I saw a wolve in the mirror. I tried a couple more things and after that, I changed back to my human form.

"Oh man, I gotta tell Iggy this." I said to myself.

I walked to the room with the computer, thankfully my dad was playing golf with his golfing buddy. I didn't want to run into him in the house and try to explain how I was his son. Getting onto the website I noticed a couple of posts on the messageboard that they were typed in either panic or excitement. They were posted sloppily, but I was able to make out that the others were experiencing the same. So I posted, asking everyone what was happening?
