This outfit reminds me of colonial times - hard for me to describe, so please see pictures.
We never competed in this outfit - it was only worn for the picture attached.
Purchased brand new from the designer - just never ended up doing a pageant with patriotic wear.

Size 2T-4T (although my daughter wore this at 18 months)
Tons of stones - dress is in great condition
There are some tan and make-up stains but they are not noticeable from stage (at the time we were using this dress, we didn't tan or makeup - they are from previous owner) - I have cleaning instructions from the designer, I just haven't attempted it
The skirt is just whipstitched on and can be easily moved
Comes with stoned hair bow, stoned choker, and bustle
