You can get the official word at <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="<a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.charliechaplin.com>">http://www.charliechaplin.com></a> Association Chaplin </a> . They work with the Chaplin estate. Can't get any more official than that :).
