It is very doubtful of a Chaplin comic being published in 1912 siince Chaplin didn't become a popular motion picture comedian as 'The Tramp' until 1914. Chaplin merchendise including comic books wern't published until around 1915. So it would be best to have the comic appraised by a comic book specialist or take it an auction house or antique dealer that deals in this sort of thing.
