Subject: Hard starting engine when cold

I have a 1994 Dodge Van B250 8-cylinder 5.2 engine with fuel injection. On a cold engine start, it is hard to start but after the motor is warmed, it will start up on the first turn. On a cold start I have to turn the engine a few turns stop and then start the engine again and it will then start OK. It seems like the engine has to build up pressure before it will start. Any help would be appreciated.
