Subject: 2003 M3 w/ 7,500 miles fails

My 2003 M3 had 7,500 miles when it threw a rod. We were told that we would be receiving a new engine only to receive the invoice and find out it was remanufactured. I paid $70,000 and Kelly blue book price for a convertable w/ 10,000 miles is $51,000. Talk about resale issue, you bet. Both the dealer and BMW are burying their heads in the sand. I am all for a class action, anyone else interested?
