Subject: Warrenty on s54 engines

Hi
I have a 9000km done M3 thats an s54 engine. The recall for it is still pending. I have ordered for the parts for the same . what I read is that all S54 engines were later given a warenty of 6 years, Now I am being told that even after the recall my car will be given no engine warenty? why is that so ? whome do I contact in germany or anywhere to ensure that i receive this due warrenty.
I am from India and I was informed an unhelfull no from the BMW dealer.

I am in doubt is ill ever buy another bmw if there is a poor response from them.
