Subject: inconsiderate parking double yellow lines

Twice in recent times, ie early this morning and late the night before last I have had cause to come into the office and have been in a rush and on both occassions I have been seriously inconvenienced by requiring to swerve round someones monstrosity of a silver jeep parked on the double yellow lines outside his flat.

A warning to everyone, once you let Fizz penetrate through your irritation barrier, he will find countless ways to wind you up for evermore!
