Definitely and defiantly Muir - second vote nonsense now, so the SPL rules allow any decision which has previously been voted on to keep being represented at meetings convened every 2 weeks ad nauseum until Lex Gold gets the result he wants.

Surely less dangerous than going to the Blue Bar with Scotty McKilligan!!
