Subject: IMPORTANT TOUR 2003

After phoning around and scourering the rank's of almond valley playing staff, to get final confirmation for tour I have the following:

1: Sandy Fyfe
2: Ewan Taylor
3: John McKenzie
4: Martin Ritchie
5: Andy McKenzie
6: Grant Williamson
7: Pete Newman
8: Paul McDonald
9: Gordon McKenzie*


* confirming tomorrow if he can get the day's of work.

I have also left message with Alec Watson regarding playing for us and I mentioned tour aswell. Waiting for response.

If Gordon goes 2 more will give us enough for a team both days, Just someone will get a room to themselves.

I have untill 20th May to pay the final balance for the tour.

It look's like it would be easier to drive down and use cars for getting to the games when down there.
