True Christians could see the teachings of Jesus in the Prophet Muhammed and realised that to mentain the pure relation with Allah(GOD) they too like the JEWS must adopt the new teachings from a new teacher called Muhammed.

Upon the prophet Muhammeds prophethood peace be upon Him the new religion called Islam (Submission to Allah) succeeded CHRISTIANITY. Christians had to abandon Christianity and Now follow Islam.

In theory the changeover from Judaism to Christianity and then to Islam should have been a smooth one, however as history has shown the complete oppositte is true.

The prophet Muhammed peace be upon him had excellency in his manners. He led a simple life and was kind. He called people towards the oneness of Allah and to obey (submit) to Allahs commandments by following his ways. So He too like the other Prophets peace be upon them all was a teacher. His responsibility was however much greater than all the prophets sent before, peace be upon them all. Being the last prophet He was responsible to convey Allahs message to all the Humans and Jinns that were present and to those to come uptil the Day of Judgement.
He drew peoples attention from this world towards preparing for the lifeafter Death.
From accumilating money to amassing the treasure of the Hereafter through Good actions and obedience to Allah.
From transfering our trust upon the means of this world to putting our trust in Allah as the doer and controller of everything.

Allah does not sleep nor drink nor eat, He is the sovereign of the Universe and of that we have no knowledge of.
His angels are male, Gabriel being the leader of them.
He brings out the sun and causes its settings.
He has controll over our destinies.
whether we go the right way or wrong way depends upon our intentions whether they be good or bad. Yes Allah also can intervene and make a person take the right path if he so wills, like the prophets, peace be upon them all.
Allah can change water into oil,make fire cool as with prophet ABRAHAM peace be upon Him, cahnge the staff of MOSES peace be upon Him into a Giant SERPANT and back to a wooden staff if HE so wills and can give miracles to prophets by HIS permission.
