RODRIGUEZ WHO WAS FOUND TO HAVE DRUGS ON HER AS WELL AS 4 STOLEN CREDIT CARDS...IF MISS RODRIGUEZ DIDN'T THROW HER CIGARETTE INTO A COMPACTER SHE MAY HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED...WE DO NOT KNOW IF THE ARRESTING POLICE OFFICERS ARE FANS OF BUCKCHERRY...
