Subject: 9/10 Rock Of Jericho report

1.Starts the show at 8PM with 2 Iron Maiden songs:"Different World" & "These
Colours Don't Run".

2.Y2J says that's what we've been waiting for a looooooong, long time for those 2
songs for the pattened, very rare 1-2 punch
of the new Iron Maiden record "A Matter Of
Life & Death", that's kicking it of on a Sunday night 9/9 on XM 41 Da Boneyard:
http://tinyurl.com/6hmt6 . He says welcome to his show & the rockesity of the new Maiden record, says there's not a lot of bands that to this day that he'd still go out of his way to the record store on the 1st day of their release & buy the record. He says like he did from Powerslave to "A Matter Of Life & Death", he was in the store 9/5 which was the day it came out & waited for the doors to open, camped out for many hours & then admits he didn't go that crazy but was still there.

Y2J says he went to the "new releases" section & found Iron Maiden, says there's still a thril & maybe because he's older &
there's not a lot of bands that make him
feel this way & says there's still a thrill of
going to the record store & buying it. He
says some dude sent him the record in it's
entirety via a free download, says he don't
wanna download it & don't wanna hear it
before the release date & says he waited till
9/5 to rock into the record store & buy it. He asks if it's good, says most good records
are those that you think are OK the 1st time
you hear them, says most of them that you forget about are the ones that're awesome right off the bat & says this 1 falls in between.

Y2J says there's a couple of great songs on it & a couple that he didn't like & bets that
between 3 to 5 months from now, they'll be
his favorite songs from the record. He says
you've heard the 2 songs that he played
which he says it's about a flag & a double
word play, says Bruce [Dickenson] obviously
wrote the lyrics on "These Colours Don't Run" because he remembers when Maiden
was on Ozzfest: www.ozzfest.com last 1 or 2 summers ago, Sharon [Osbourne] was throwing eggs at Bruce & Bruce says "These
Colours Don't Run" when swinging the flag
for the trooper. He says it's not the same as
being attacked with bullets & cannonballs,
but being attacked with eggs is crazy too.

Y2J says Bruce told Sharon that she can
throw all the dairy products that she wants
at us, but he'll wave the flag because "These
Colours Don't Run". He says Maiden to this day's still 1 of the biggest bands in the world, says even though they're not as huge in the USA as they once were, but are
big worldwide. He says if you don't believe
him, here's the facts & figures & says they
sold 70,000 tickets in 20 minutes in Gothenburg, Sweden. He continues & says
they sold 50,000 tickets in 13 minutes in
Helsinki, Finland & says on a worldwide basis they're still more relevant then ever. He says if you've seen "The Dance Of Death
Tour" DVD called "Death On The Road":
http://tinyurl.com/o6wx9 , you'd see them interviewing kids that're 14 or 15 & wearing
Iron Maiden shirts & are asked as to what their favorite Maiden records are.

Y2J says 1 would say "Dance Of Death",
another would say "Brave New World",
another would say "Dance Of Death",
another would say "Powerslave" & says the
majority said that Maiden's last 2 records of
"Brave New World" & "Dance Of Death" were their favorites. He says the generations are turning, says for some
people like himself "Powerslave" is his
favorite Maiden record, says for some Mike
Portnoy love "Numbers Of The Beast" &
some of these kids love "Dance Of Death".
He says it depends on where you are in your life but Maiden's still relevant today as
they were 20 years ago & says almost 30
years ago in many ways.

Y2J says Maiden's touring in October & for
only 2 & a half weeks:
http://tinyurl.com/z2mpo , says they're doing 8 US gigs & 3 Canadian gigs, then mentions Hartford, Boston, New Jersey, Quebec City, Montreal, Uniondale, New York, East Rutherford New Jersey, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, 1 in California & that's it. He says if you wanna go, get your "shiznick"
together & check them out, says you know
they'll rock & they always do. He says he's
your host Chris Jericho, says he rocks most
of the time & says you may've seen him get
dumped & booted from "Celebrity Duets":
http://tinyurl.com/gu2z5 . He says it was a
controversial decision, says people have said he was robbed, a worst singer then Vince Neil & says he himself enjoyed it.

Y2J says he felt he did a great job & worked
his ass off, says he sang a country ballad
["Mendocino County Line€ with Lee Ann Womack] that he never did before & says that's what happens when you go into a competition & do what they ask you to do.
He asks if he'd wanted to sing Metallica, says yes of course & says he auditioned with
it & says he got the gig almost instantly. He
says after that they had him do the country
ballad, says that's OK & it's what life's about
which's about challenges & setting out to
achieve goals., broaden your horizens & says that's what he did. He says if you liked
it he thanks you, says if you thought he was robbed he says thanks again & says if you
didn't like it he says f*** off.

Y2J says for those that didn't like it to go
live your own lives & let him view yours,
then corrects himself & says he can't because he's too busy & happy living his. He
says there's nothing wrong with losing as
long as you do & give your best, says there's no failure in that & says that's his
little Stuart Smally message for the day. He
says when you're nice, people like you, you look good & they wanna be friends with you. He says if you give it your all there's
nothing to be ashamed of, says if you poop
out because you're scared & says you may
have some problems. He says another guy
on "Celebrity Duets" is Hal Sparks:
http://snipurl.com/wav4 who's on all the VH1 shows that Y2J's done over the years.

Y2J says both have never met, but Hal also
has a heavy metal band & says he's doing
great on the show. He says he's a big fan of
Hal's & both are now buddies, says Hal's also a huge metal guy like he is & says it's to the point of the day they were on the 1st show & says Hal showed up wearing a
Vinnie Vincent "Invasion" shirt & tells him
that's the best [shirt] ever. He says both
talked about how cool it was when Vinnie
got kicked out of his own band & how Mark
Slaughter & Dana Strum took over & formed the band Slaughter. He says there was a time when Vinnie was sitting on top
of the world & when Invasion 1st started, he searched worldwide for a vocalist.

Y2J says Mark Slaughter wasn't the 1st
singer on "Vinnie Vincent Invasion" but on
the 2nd record "All Systems Go", says the
1st Vinnie Vincent record that was called
"Invasion" had a singer named Robert
Fleischman & says he's done demos with
Journey before Steve Perry joined. He says
Robert had the high voice that kinda sounds like Mark Slaughter, but says you
knew what Vinnie was going for which was
super high vocals & says it gave him a reason to do solo. He says Vinnie did the
cheesy Prince thing where he didn't spell
out words but use letters, says instead of
y-o-u it was "U" & says 1 of Y2J's friends
that he grew up with who's a techno guy,
told him that he thought it was hilarious that Vinnie had a song called "Shoot U Full
Of Love".

Y2J tells his friend that the title's "Shoot
You Full Of Love", says his friend asks as to
why didn't they spell it y-o-u, his response
was that he didn't know & when he asked his friend if that was cool & his friend told him no. He says in retrospect, he's probably right & says the drummer Bobby Rock had a
tiger spandex that went up to his waist. He
says it had some extra spandex coming to the sides which was painted on, says Y2J &
his friend made up a song called "I WANNA
PAINT ON YOUR BODY BODY, I WANNA
PAINT ON YOUR BODY BODY, I WANNA
PAINT ON YOUR BODY BODY". He says this
was the fun he & his friend had in high
school by rocking with Vinnie Vincent with
painted on spandex & "Shoot U Full Of Love", right here on a Sunday night with
Vinnie & Jericho on the Rock.

3.Plays Vinnie Vincent's "Shoot U Full Of Love" & Sonata Arctica's "Wildfire"

4.Y2J says "Yow-sah" & recently discovered
Sonata Arctica a couple of weeks ago & says
he discoverd "Wildfire". He says you're
probably thinking of the John Denver song
"Wildfire" & sings a couple of lines from it.
He says he don't feel it's the same song, says the title's the same & says he's shouting out to Denver's "Wildfire". He says
he needs to know as to who sang the song,
says he'll "GOOGLE, GOOGLE, GOO-GLEH,
GOOGOOGOOGOO GOO-GLEH" now because that's what he does & says maybe
during the next break he'll check it out &
see who sang "Wildfire":
http://tinyurl.com/hqond & says we'll all know.

Y2J says Sonata Arctica's from Finland who's a great band & have some good
rockesity going on as you heard on that
song ["Wildfire"]. He says his friend emailed
him a website called www.sleazeroxx.com , then when he spells it he starts with an "L"
instead of an "S", says that has glam band videos from 80's & says there's another 1
that he can't remember the name of which
he says don't help us at all. He says on the
sleazeroxx site he saw Y&T's "Contagious"
video, says he played Y&T's "Mean Streak" a couple of weeks ago, says they have other
songs like "Summertime Girls", "Don't Stop
Running" & "Lipstick & Leather".

Y2J says he forgot about "Contagious" which's a great name for a song because the song's really contagious, gets in your
head & makes you wanna rock out. He says
the funny thing about this video was that it
was a cheesy 80's video, says it had a high
school prom & the Y&T guys show up to help the nerd get the girl. He says that's the
exact opposite of what every heavy metal
video was in the 80's, says nerds didn't like
heavy metal, only cool people did & says in
this video the nerds liked heavy metal. He
says when Y&T showed up at the prom to
help the nerd get the chick, then they turned the cool guy into a monster with a
really bad mask & then Y&T took over the
prom & played "Contagious".

Y2J says the funny thing about it is that Y&T
looked like they were 40 back then, says this was back in '87, says this was like a 40
year old band taking over the high school
prom & says it sounds like it grounds for
pedophilia charges as far as he's concerned.
He says that's crazy when you think about it
in his opinion, says what does he know & says he's just a guy who has a little radio show that's taking over the world by storm.
He says he's infecting everyone just like Y&T
we're all contagious, says he's The Rock Of
Jericho: http://tinyurl.com/rssxe & we're XM 41 Da Boneyard.

5.Plays Y&T's "Contagious", Cheap Trick's
"Come On, Come On, Come On" & Black Label Society's "Faith Is Blind".

6.Y2J says "Faith Is Blind" is from the "Shot
To Hell" record & says Zakk Wylde's "Opus"
continues to dominate the metal scene. He
says Zakk's released a record every year in
this decade which's hard to believe, says
this year Zakk's done a couple with Ozzy
that's in the can & ready to go. He says he's
not implying that he has 2 records in the bathroom but 2 records ready to go & says
he'll just continue to move on. He says on
9/5 there was a "Shot To Hell"CD listening
party in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, says Nick
Catanese who's the evil twin gave 1 of his
vests & signature guitars to Pittsburgh's
Hard Rock Cafe: http://tinyurl.com/j5pd9 .

Y2J says Nick's finally getting a little love
since he's been in the band since the
beginning, but never got to play on any of
the CD's. He says if he was Zakk, says he's
not really Zakk, says he'd at least throw
Nick a bone & let him do at least 1 solo
record. He says he got a song, says play
something & make Nick feel like he's part of
the team, see what he's got & let him play
whatever it is that he wants to play. He says
it ain't his [Y2J] band, says it's none of his
business, says he just play the s*** & don't
organize it. He says at least in Pittsburgh
where Nick's from, he's getting a little bit of
help & recognition at Pittsburgh's Hard Rock Cafe on 9/5.

Y2J says that's good for Nick, says we'll
probably see Black Label on the road soon,
says they're doing Australia, Japan, the
Pacific Rim & giving a "Pacific Rim job" & says that happened to him with a couple of
10 year old boys in Thailand, says that's a
whole other story & says you don't wanna
hear about that [NOTE FROM JEFF:obviously that's a knock on John Mark
Karr who lied about saying that he killed
JonBenet Ramsey]. Anyhow he said Cheap
Trick's "Come On, Come On, Come On" is from their best new album "Rockford" that
he's heard from them in many years since
"Woke Up With A Monster" back in '94.

Y2J says that's his favorite Cheap Trick
record, says that's classic Cheap Trick, says
he thinks they had a song [what sounded
like] called "Come On Off The Light Of An
Ocon Record" & says this is called "Come On, Come On". He says before that was
"Contagious", says it's "Contangerous", says
Y&T has Dave Meniketti & says it's 1 of Eddie Trunk's: www.eddietrunk.com favorite band. He says even though he played Sonata Arctica's "Wildfire" but says
he had Michael Martin Murphey: www.michaelmartinmurphey.com & asks as to who the f*** is he. He says Michael sang
"Wildfire" in the 70's, then sings lines from
his version of the song & says it was his[Y2J] singing that got him booted from
"Celebrity Duets".

Y2J says he did get to meet cool people &
mentions Sparks that he played some
Vinnie Vincent, says that was dedicated to
Sparks & mentions 1 of his new favorite
people Lucy Lawless:
www.lucylawlessfanclub.com from
"Xena:Warrior Princess". He says she's a great girl who's drop dead gorgeous, says
she's got the blonde hair going & says she
looks great. He says he & her had a real
cool vibe going because like himself, she's
famous for playing a warrior. He says she
was Xena The Barbarian Warrior & he was
Chris Jericho:The Viking Warrior from WWE
rings, battles & wars & then says both were
being put together in photos & seeing.

Y2J asks if he'd lasted a little bit longer would he had a chance to do some vocal
battling with her, says he'll return on the
show & says to those that dug him you'll see more of him. He says for those that
didn't like him he says "HO HO HO HE HA,
HA, NA NU NE, NA NA, I'M GONNA BE BACK
ON 'DUETS', SCUBLEBEBA BEDOBY". He says
he wants to play a song for Lucy & thought
as to what band relates to warriors &
barbarians in the heavy metal world & says
the 1 & only band that comes to mind is
Manowar & makes a soft, sniffling sound. He says that was gross & asks if you heard
him says Manowar & the sniffling sound,
says he just sneezed & says he really paused
his recording, sneezed & unpaused it &
sniffled.

Y2J says he sucked snot up his nose just for
you fans on his show, says put on your
loincloths, get out your swords & prepare to carry on forever with the sweet, sweet
sounds of Michael Martin & Manowar right
here on the "RAJ".

7.Plays Manowar's "Carry On" & Scatterbrain's "Write That Hit".

8.Y2J says Scatterbrain was the 1st request
of the night for a fan named Rob Warner,
says Scatterbrain was a band that had a
couple of records, then corrects himself &
says 3 & says they were best known for doing a Cheech & Chong cover of "Earache My Eye". He says maybe we'll see Cheech sing on "Celebrity Duets" & says he don't know[NOTE FROM JEFF:He's been on recently: http://tinyurl.com/g42wh ]. Anyhow he says Scatterbrain had a song called "Not Going Down With The Ship",
"Here Comes Trouble" & says they had a
bunch of cool songs & formed a band Ludichrist. He says he'd pronounce it as Ludacris but that's the rapper's name: http://tinyurl.com/hgevp from the movie
"Crash".

Y2J says this is Ludichrist with a guy with
the best name ever named Tommy Christ
who looks like Joe Walsh, says he should
play some Walsh on the show 1 time just to
piss off the true blue metalers that don't
like it when he plays real rock & roll music.
that ain't metal music. He says there's metal
& rock, says there's 2 separations there &
tells Rob that there's his Scatterbrain
request that followed Manowar. He says it
continued a little bit like a light "Celebrity
Duets" theme, says there's 3 judges & 1 of
them's Marie Osmond[here's her site & "Celebrity Duets" profile]:
www.marieosmond.com &
http://tinyurl.com/fmo28 who she said he's
eye candy & says if he can make her hot
then mission accomplished. He says he loved her in the 70's, says he's 35 & says
anyone in his age group would remember
"The Donny & Marie Osmond" show.

Y2J says they'd always sing there song "I'm
A Little Bit Country, I'm A Little Bit Rock &
Roll", says "Marie Osmond's your dad, yeah
oh yeah, oh yeah, Marie Osmond" & says
the other judge was David Foster[here's his site & "Celebrity Duets" profile]:
www.davidfoster.com & http://tinyurl.com/l5k5k . He says Foster's
produced Celene Dion & others that he says
he could give 2 s***s about, says the 3rd
judge was Little Richard: http://tinyurl.com/gbydu & says he's amazing. He says he reason's that he's a little bit out in space because he's been
rocking since '53, says 50 years of rockesity
will lead you there & says he's so influencial
that he actually influenced The Beatles.

Y2J says The Beatles' influenced everyone,
says Paul McCartney got the gig in The Quarrymen because he impressed John
Lennon for the fact that he can sing as high
as Little Richard. He says because Paul can
sing like Little Richard is why John let him in
the band because no one sang that high,
says Little Richard's a rock & roll pioneer &
says for you not to think twice about it. He
says Little Richard wanted to bang him, says
he told Y2J "SIGN, SEALED, DELIVERED, I'M
YOURS BOY" & says this is why the show's
awesome because he gave Little Richard a
viagra indused fantasy. He again says Little Richard influenced The Beatles, The Beatles
influenced everyone including Aerosmith
who did a Beatles cover song.

Y2J says Aerosmith's done a couple & mentions "Come Together" & says the 1 he's thinking about sounds a little like a
Little Richard song. He says it came from
"Permanent Vacation" & says it was the song "I'm Down". He says it was very Little Richard influenced that had Paul going nuts
with a "Long Tall Sally" type vibe & says that's another song The Beatles covered. He
says it ["I'm Down"] was done by Aerosmith,
says Steven Tyler did his best Paul & Little Richard impression on the song & says he
[Y2J] will do his impression of someone who
shuts the f*** up & lets the music play. He
says here goes, clears his throat & says
"And Begin".

9.Plays Aerosmith's "I'm Down" & Fozzy's
"Freewheel Burnin'".

10.Y2J says he's playing Fozzy because he
loves it when his band's doing "Freewheel Burnin'", which he says is 1 of his favorite
presongs from "Happenstance". He says the
song kicks ass, says it kicked ass by Priest &
Fozzy with Rich Ward, Frank Fontsere, Ryan Mallam & Sean Delson on "Happenstance".
He corrects himself & says it wasn't Delson
but Waddy Watson, says out of that lineup
only he & Rich remain & says he & Rich are
"All That Remains" & sarcastically laughs &
says that's a little Fozzy humor there. He says the lineup now's just killer, says they
debuted the new Fozzy lineup in recorded
fashion, which's the lineup of the "All That Remains" tour from last year & early this year.

Y2J says this is the line up that you'll see at
the Delicious Rox festival 9/30 in Sedalia,
Missouri with Drowning Pool, Saliva & "The
Foz": http://tinyurl.com/qdzco . He says that
lineup recorded a cover of "Metal Gods" for
another Judas Priest tribute record, says he
don't know the title, don't know when it
comes out & says you'll be the 1st to know
when he finds out. He says they did it last
year, says he heard the track a couple of
days ago & says it's smoking. He says Mike
Martin's kicking ass on guitar, Rich Ward's
the king of rhythm, Sean Delson's your dad,
Eric Sanders & Y2J your host.

Y2J says the other cool thing about doing
"Duets" was getting a chance to meet Little Richard, Gladys Knight: http://tinyurl.com/hn2bz , Smokey Robinson: http://tinyurl.com/k3d5u ,
Peter Frampton: www.frampton.com & Michael Bolton : www.michaelbolton.com . He says you're probably thinking Bolton's the guy from "Office Space" [played by David Herman] & says "what an ass clown".
He asks if he got it from him, says no & if
Bolton got it from him he'd have to think
about that. He says the actual Bolton goes out with Nicollette Sheridan [from
"Desperate Housewives": http://tinyurl.com/hlfms ], then says she's
"shmoking" & makes crazy monkey-like
noises.

Y2J says Bolton's also a great guy & says the
thing's that yes he's a soul, R&B singer, but
says Bolton in the 70's was in the band
Blackjack with Bruce Kulick. He says you
knew that your boy [Y2J] knew that, says he
went up to Mike & talked to him for awhile,
says Bolton's "Mike" now & not Michael. He
says he was like "Ah yeah man so you were
in Blackjack with Bruce Kulick" & says Mike's
response was "Oh yeah, we did 2 records &
some touring & says I HAVEN'T TALKED TO
BRUCE IN YEARS! I've been trying to find his # & trying to track him down" & Y2J's
response was "hey man, I got his #". He says
Mike's response was "really?", his response
was "yeah, I'll give it to you right now".

Y2J says he whipped out the old cell phone,
wrote down Bruce's #, handed it to Mike &
Mike said "Oh this is great man, we'll have
so much catching up to do, thank you very
much". He says right there he made friends
with Michael Bolton via Bruce Kulick, says he also brought up a little known fact that
Bolton wrote a song with Paul Stanley that
was on Kiss' "Hot In The Shade" record that
was actually a big hit. He asks as to which 1
is it & says it's "Forever", says yes it's co-written by Michael f*****g Bolton & asks if
that gives him some rock & roll credibility to Rock Of Jericholics worldwide that's listening on XM Radio & the web.

Y2J says Bolton & Stanley created "Forever",
says to him & it's personally to him & it's 1
sexy man's opinion & says it puts Bolton into a different category of rockesity. He
says it's a great song with a great solo by
[as he says it] "Michael & my friend Bruce
Kulick" & asks if you see how that all ties
together in a nice Christmas bow. He says it's very kismet, a real form of happenstance & says here's Bolton & Stanley with Kiss & "Forever" on the "Rock".

11.Plays Kiss' "Forever", Fear Factory's
"Cars" & GZR's "Misfit".

12.Y2J says [he's] making another dream
come true from a fan named Jenny Leese
who's requested songs on his show before,
says he thinks she's from Holland in the
Netherlands, says she wanted to hear some GZR & says if you're from Canada it's "GEE-ZED-R" . He says "Misfit" has Geezer Butler, says GZR's like Geezer without the vowels,
says someday he'll be in a band called
"CHRS", pronounces it as the word curse &
says it really don't work as well & feels there's only 1 vowel. He says Geezer has lots of vowels in it but make it as GZR, says
the old, original GZR vocalist was Burton C. Bell from Fear Factory & says he put in some Fear Factory into the mix also.

Y2J says he's doing lots of covers today,
says it's a "coverlicious" show & says "Cars"
is a great song by Gary Newman that had a
great kickass metal rendition by Fear Factory. He says everything ties together,
says he'll read another request from another fine fella, says he actually looks at
the computer while he's doing the show so
he can keep the vibe moving. He says
"Gazooks" he found it & reads the letter:

"I was in jail for about a year & a half & used to enjoy watching you on Raw
[ http://tinyurl.com/hjnrl ], but upon my release you're no longer making
appearances. I'd like to know what if anything happened, will you ever be back?
Thanks." & it was signed Chuck.

Y2J briefly rehashes about his WWE contract ended & wanted to do other things, says he made a movie [Sci Fi's
"Android Apocalypse": www.scifi.com/androidapocalypse ], did a USA Network pilot ["eBaum's World":
http://tinyurl.com/jgsfp ], did a play in Toronto ["Opening Night": http://tinyurl.com/ktvh2 ], has The Rock Of Jericho, doing a book ["A Lion's Tale"], has his band Fozzy: www.fozzyrock.com , then plugs his upcoming 9/15 & 9/21 appearances in LA's "The Groundlings":
www.groundlings.com so you can see [as he
says it] "The improv comedic genius of The Groundlings & himself".

Y2J then mentions his recent "Celebrity
Duets" appearance that he loved, tells Chuck that he's been doing many things & says he don't know when he'll be back [in
wrestling]. He says as long as these projects
keep showing up then he don't have time,
then tells Chuck that he's had nothing but
time by doing his time & he's out. He says if
he was Chuck, he'd do a Clint Eastwood bit
from "Escape From Alcatraz":
http://tinyurl.com/z2cu9 by taking a spoon,
filed it down & chip away at the granite &
dry wall & then make a tunnel for himself.
He says even though it'd probably take a little longer to do that then Chuck's entire
[jail] sentence, at least he'd try to escape,
says this is the worst segway ever & says he'd try to do a jailbreak.

Y2J says then the song ["Jailbreak"] starts, asks if that's terrible & says he'd dug a hole
in the ground, then make a raft out of
raincoats & did a "Jailbreak" & says then the song starts. He says we're not very
settle on his show, then says f*** it here's
Thin Lizzy's "Jailbreak".

13.Plays Thin Lizzy's "Jailbreak", White
Zombie's "Super Charger Heaven" & Meshuggah's "Rational Gaze".

14.Y2J says the requests keep piling up, plugs his email messagesforchris@gmail.com , his sites
www.chrisjericho.com & www.myspace.com/therockofjericho & says
that's all the info you need to know & says
your dreams can come true. He says Chuck
got Thin Lizzy's "Jailbreak", then mentions
"Rick My Servent" & says he wishes it was
"Barbie My Servent" or "Bubbles My
Servent". He says "Rick My Servent" wanted
to hear White Zombie's "Super Charger Heaven" & got it, says if it was "Pearl My Servent" then he'd have a little more to
work with. He says Pearl wanted to hear
Meshuggah's "Rational Gaze" & says she got it.

Y2J says Meshuggah hasn't been played too
many times on his show, then talks like a
Hindu Indian & says "Meshuggah hasn't been played too many times on his show" &
says he forgot a little bit of his English
language. He says they got played tonight &
asks as to what Meshuggah mean, says it
means crazy in Hebrew & asks if there's
anything that he don't know. He asks for you to bring it on & give him some questions that he'll answer for you. He says
he wanted to do a Swedish set & thought of
2 bands off the bat & mentions Europe, who
he says has never, EEEEEEEEVER been played on his show & says tonight's the night.

Y2J says you know he's always looking for
new bands & says Meshuggah fits that
category, says GZR, Scatterbrain & now
Europe & Hammerfall all fit in that category. He says 5 bands debuted on his
show tonight, says Hammerfall has a guy
called Oscar Dronjak who's a fan of his thru
wrestling. He says he [Y2J] did a voiceover
for their new video, which he says will be part of their new record which'll come out
very quickly. He says the video's called
"Natural High", the record's called
"Threshold" & says if you see the video, the
voiceover that's in the beginning is done by
Chris Jericho.

Y2J says Europe's never asked him to do a voiceover for their video & says if Joey Tempest called him & said "Listen, I want you to do voiceover for Cherokee 2006" &
says he'd be there because that's the kind of guy he is. He says Europe's reunited &
back on the road & from what he's heard
they whip ass, says they'll forever be known
for the cheese rock of "The Final Countdown", but says they have lots of
rocking songs. He says this one ["Rock The Night"] is 1 of them that has "Rock" in the
song title & says let's check it out here on
his "Rock" in the title show.

15.Plays Europe's "Rock The Night" &
Hammerfall's "Glory To The Brave"

16.Y2J says as the show's drawing to a close,
says he's running out of time & says he
wanted to end the show because it's
September because every time September
rolls around, it always reminds him of 1
record & it's "And Justice For All". He says he started college in '88 when the record
came out, says he remembers leaves falling
from the trees & sings lyrics from
"California Dreamin'": "All the leaves are brown, leaves are brown & the sky is grey, & the sky is grey". He says he remembers that record came out with bassist Jason Newsted that replaced the late Cliff Burton,
says he loved the record but couldn't hear
the bass.

Y2J says to this day, Metallica still must do a
remix of this record that's new & improved
with bass. He says it's because the f*** Newsted, Lars [Ulrich] & James [Hetfield] took the bass out of the record & says if that's not shooting your face to dispite your
nose or whatever the hell the cliche is, he
don't know what is. He says there's also
Metallica's indulgence of 9 & 10 minute
songs & going completely insane with long
songs. He says this brought them to the
point of needing to strip everything down &
go more to the 3 to 4 minute groove songs,
which he says is what they did on the
"Black" record. He says this is Metallica's last prog rock stand, says the song's are long but are good.

Y2J says there's some great performances
on the record from Kirk Hammett, says as bad as the bass is the drum sound on the
record is the best drum sound that he's ever heard. He says it wasn't even a Bob
Rock record but was still Flemming Rasmussen, says this was Flemming's last
"Gasmussen" of credibility of producing
Metallica. He says that's it, he's over, finished, gone, done & out & says he's leaving you with the fall metal strings from
"And Justice For All" & Metallica. He says
he's Jericho, this is Hetfield, Ulrich, Hammett, Newsted & Rasmussen here on his show & says he'll see you next week.

17.Ends the show with Metallica's "The Frayed Ends Of Sanity", show ends at 10PM.
