ROBERT MILITZER OF BERKLEY,MI WINS THE MEATBALL AWARD AFTER HAVING TO REPAY A $10 PARKING TICKET THAT HE RECEIVED...THIS 38 YEAR OLD IDIOT DECIDED TO WRITE AN OBSCENITY ON THE FIRST CHECK THAT HE WROTE AND WAS HELD IN CONTEMPT...THEY SHOULD MADE HIM SERVE THE 30 DAYS IN JAIL...HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE FOR $10...WELL MR.
