JIGGETTS BECOMES OUR 17TH LIGHT RAIL ARREST FOR 2006 AND BECOMES THE FIRST PERSON FROM CHICAGO,IL TO BE ARRESTED ON THE HUDSON-BERGEN LIGHT RAIL...CONGRATULATIONS...
