>I have a Toshiba Satellite A60, and one day it just stopped working, the black screen would pop up and say that the systems 37 file is missing or corrupt. I sent it in to a local computer place thinking it had a virus, they backed up all my stuff and told me i needed a new hard drive, so I put a new hard drive in and it started to work I installed windows xp, and it started to work, I picked it up to get the number off the bottem and when I put it back down it had shut off. when I turned it back on the same black screen came up saying that systems file 37 was missing or corrupt again. I don't know what to do. Also when it is first turned on and the toshiba name comes up it has lines going through the page. The hard drive can be moved up and down a little bit when it is in the laptop, is that right? well I hope you can help, I really don't want to buy a new laptop, because this one is only 2 years old.
thanks, Katie.
