GOT THIS THING CHEAP WANTED TO UPGRADE FROM 98 TO MILLENIUM FORMATED THE DRIVE FROM FLOPPY AND NOW CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO INSTALL ME.START UP DISK WOULT LOAD DRIVERS FOR THE CD CAUSE ITS NOT IN THE BAY WHEN THE FLOPPY IS.i THOUGHT i COULD SWITCH BETWEEN FLOPPY AND CD BUT IT DOESN'T WORK.PLEASE HELP ME
