Subject: fujitsu c350 lifebook

Got a Fujitsu Lifebook C350,somebody was kind enough to enter supervisor password,and I don't know what it is.How do I reset bios password,and does this model write a password to hard drive?Any help would be appreciated,and please don't tell me to send it back to them,they want $150,and if I pay that,and shipping,that's more than notebooks worth.Already unplugged battery,waited an hour no go password still there,so unpluged batery,and low level formatted hard drive,and going to wait a week to see if that does it in case capacitors are very efficient.Any help would be appreciated,thanks Dean
