Subject: Norand 6620 Touchscr - Can't get Keyboard to Work in DOS to Install WIN

I have tried just aboout everything I know now to try to get a ps2 keyboard to work in dos so I can Install Windows.

This is an Intermec - Norand 6620 Touchscreen Running at 133mhz. I have windows setup on the hard disk, ready to install, but I cannot run setup because I cannot type in anything with the keyboard.

Is this a common problem, do I need a driver/program?

Iv'e taken the unit apart over 5 or 6 times now, Looked at connector & connections, but cannot figure out the problem. Anybody out there had similar Problems or Solutions!?!

Thanks,
Confused Ricko!
