Subject: omnibook 6000 eeprom (password chip) location

Got a omnibook 6000 that has me locked out with a password as soon as I turn it on after lcd display was replaced (getting the display/eeprom mis-match error).Need to run the utility to correct this but unable to due to the password.Heard you can jump out two legs on the chip to clear it but for the life of me cannot locate the eeprom!!!please help...thanks
