Subject: Gateway Solo400SD4 Keyboard

I have a very funny problem witht the keyboard of Solo400 SD4 laptop. Whenever I press left shift key, curser moves one step back, When I press right shift key, Insert function is activated. Following keys when pressed, type just one character it doesn't matter for how long I pressed these,
", p, 8 and Delete
I have replaced the keyboard twice but it could'vt solved my problem.
I will highly appreciate if someone solve this big issue.
