Subject: Toshiba 2800 Laptop Problem

Toshiba Laptop 2800 problem. Organized Favorite drop down box opens on it"s own and Search Menu box opens up on it's own. Had Ram replaced and increased to 128 but the problem still exists. Any idea how I can fix this problem.
