Subject: Laptop [ toshiba satellite 2520CDS ]

Any idea of what to do ? I got a laptop [ Toshiba satellite 2520CDS ]when I connect it to power the first three lights will be on but the third one won't ie it will not see the floppy drive hence the other two lights will not light too.
