Subject: Solo 9150 Crashed

My GW Solo 9150 PentII, 400MHz, Wins98 kept on crahing everytime I used the Media Player application or multi tasked with heavy duty applications like MS Office. Several times I got a blue screen (GPF) saying that system is unstable...when I power off/on the system indicated that the Operating System is not found. I have to reload Wins98 and lost all my data from my hard drive.GW Support told me to reformat my hard drive and reload. I replaced my hard drive with an IBM drive but the problem still occurs.
Does anyone know how to solve my Solo crashing problem? Thank you in advance.
