Subject: How to set the Boot Priority of the Toshiba Laptop

I have a Toshiba Laptop (Tecra 8000). The OS on harddisk was broken. I try to re-install it. But I can't set up it from the CD ROM.
How can I set the boot priority of Fdisk-CD ROM-Hdisk?
I extremely need the computer.Hope to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank you so much.
