I know I've seen such a pictoral tutorial... but I can't remember the link at the moment.....

let me see if I can talk you through this....
1) removing the keyboard
a)depress the space bar and either ALT key (assuming power is off)
b) inbetween the space bar and each alt key is a small slider that can be pushed back with a fine flathead screwdriver or straightpen... do so.
c) you will find one in between the function key and the left ctrl key
d) yet another one is between the right windows key and the menu key on the right
e) last one is between the down arrow and the right arrow....

once you have all of those slid towards the back, the keyboard will lift up.

from there you are home free. The mouse/touchpad slides back revealing screws.
To get the heat sink out you will need to take the power bar and LCD off, and the plastic piece under the LCD.
Watch out for that blasted ribbon cable under the power bar, they are notorious for breaking. Handle it with extreem care.

At this point you should be able to simply unscrew and replace the heat sink.
Best of Luck!
