Subject: IBM iseries 2611-452 upgrade question

I have a IBM ThinkPad iseries 2611-452 celeron 366mhz with video/out. I would like to upgrade the unit if possible. I would like to know if it would accommodate a p2 400mhz mmc-1 processor. Better yet. do you know if the motherboard could be changed out with one from a IBM ThinkPad T21. the spec's that I found seam to be the same as far as the inputs and outputs with ( 1x USB, 1x S-Video out, 1x PS2, 1x Serial 9pin db, 1 RS232 25pin db, 1x Video out 15pin db, 1x Line-in, Line-out and Microphone ) I just don't know if the orientation would be correct.
