Subject: battery??

I just got a laptop as a present but the strangest thing about this one is that I don't see a battery in it. When I checked in the device manager I only see Microsoft AC Power although it says:batteries. But ok, if I disconnect my power cables it doesn't switcht to anything so it doesn't work with anything other than a power cable..??!!

Could it be that this one really doesn't have any batteries 'cause I turned it up side down but still I was unable to find anything..
