Subject: How do I expand 2 full sceen in WIN 98 on 500cdt?

How do I expand the full view screen lcd on my 500cdt? I mean. I did the setup thing, but the dos is full screen at startup, but the 98 meet and greet, along with the main '98 screen is small with a 1 inch black border all around the screeen, HELPPPPP!!!!
