Subject: Thinkpad 770z - how to disable the trackpoint

I have this Thinkpad 770z laptop and the trackpoint on the keyboard went bad, because I get an 08611 error message when I start the computer. I can't use a regular mouse because I found out that I need to somehow disable the trackpoint function in bios? First of all, I can't or don't know how to get into the bios to disable this. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
