Look at the underside of your laptop, you should see a small black box which you can unscrew (normally near one of the corners) . unscrew it, and you should be able to see the memory. there will be 2 clips, 1 on eah side, pull them gently away frm the ram module and it will pop up. you can then replace it with a newer one!
