Don, I've got the same problem with a 760xd - but to the point where the battery has become fully discharged and I can't power the thing on at all! not a big deal, this is the oldest laptop we've got around here, but before I use it to anchor my boat I thought I'd see if anyone else had this problem. Did you ever find a solution?
