Subject: welche methode als hilfeschrei

hallo, ich gehöre zu den "feiglingen" die nur einen hilfeschrei senden wollen und suche deshalb nach einer methode dafür. Worauf muss ich noch achten, damit ich auch gefunden werde (rechtzeitig)?
Bisher kam das für mich nie in frage, hielt mich immer für eine starke frau, weil ich schon so viel scheiße erlebt hab und trotzdem das lachen nie verlernt hab...
aber jetzt kann ich einfach nicht mehr, fühl mich so allein und schaff es aus eigener kraft nicht mich aus diesem loch rauszuholen.
aber sterben will ich doch eigentlich nicht wirklich...
Hoffe ich nerv euch nicht, weil ich nur "so tun "will...
