SO das beste ist wenn man ein dickeres hanfseil verwendet, mind. 3m sprungtiefe ist das sicherste sonst stranguliert man sich und das dauert zu lange!!!!! das beste ist ein dickes hanfseil das schneidet nicht ein und die kraft wird schön gleichmässig verteilt dann bircht der knochen und es ist vorbei!
