Subject: In sekunden schnelle einschlafen

Kennt einer von euch eine tot sichere methode wie man innerhalb von 2-3 sekunden einschläft ?
Das würde mir das springen ungemein erleichtern.
Bin schon am überlegen das CO experiment zu machen das soll ja schon alleine tötlich sein und wenn ich dann auchnoch in die tiefe stürze sollte das funzen.
