du wirst zusammenbrechen bevor du es geschafft hast.
und drei tage reicht nicht zum verdursten- zum verhungern brauchst du noch viel länger.
lass dich nicht finden und sperr alle lebensmittel und sämtliche wasserhähne weit weg. denn wenn der körper schwach wird schaffst du es nicht.
eine sichere methode ist es auf jeden fall nicht...
