Die Legende, da� man sich mit Schlaftabletten einfach umbringen kann, stammt AFAIK aus der Zeit, als Barbiturate noch angesagt waren. Mit den Schlafmitteln, die du heutzutage bekommst, stehen deine Chancen eher schlecht.

Meine Favoriten w�ren:

1. Geeignete Barbiturate (z.b. Pentobarbital, Secobarbital). Warum? Weil sie auch von den Profis verwendet werden (Sterbehilfe, Einschl�fern von Tieren).

2. Potente Opioide (z.b. Heroin). Warum? Nach allem was ich wei� ein recht angenehmer und relativ sicherer Tod, richtige Dosierung vorausgesetzt. Tausende tote Junkies k�nnen sich nicht irren. :)

Um dranzukommen braucht es entweder Kontakte in der Drogenszene (obwohl Barbiturate da eher selten sind) oder einen Job der dir Zugang dazu erm�glicht (Apotheke, Pharmakonzern, Arztpraxis etc.).
