Vergiss es die handelsüblichen freien Schlaftabletten schicken Dich lediglich in einen sehr langen tiefen Schlaf den Du beendest mit Brummschädel dass einem graust.

Bei den andern erwachst Du irgendwann auf der Intensivstation. Tu es nicht. Es lohnt sich nicht. Auch Dein Leben ist lebenswert.
