Subject: schmerzmittel gegen schnittwunden und anderes

welche schmerzmittel gibt es, die gut gegen schnittwunden wirken (falls das wichtig ist: im arm-bereich)? es sollte keine blutgerinnung fördern und rezeptfrei zu kaufen sein (wenn nicht anders möglich, auch per internet-bestellung). es wäre hilfreich, wenn ihr name und preis (habe nur stark begrenzte mittel zur verfügung) angebt. Außerdem würde mich auch interessieren, wie ich am besten ohne professionelle hilfmittel ein küchenmesser schärfen kann (habe es schon mit schleifpapier und eisenkern versucht... vergebens. die messer sind aber zu stumpf! habe es schon versucht, wenn auch nicht mit voller kraft, weil der schmerz in dem moment stärker war, aber habe nur kleine schnittwunden geschafft). nimmt man am besten ein gerilltes oder glattes messer? oder vielleicht ein teppischmesser oder eine rasierklinge? kann man die blutung auch noch ohne warmes wasser beschleunigen?
